The paper deals with group decision making process based on complete information, but without consensus. The well known AHP (Analytic Hyerarchy Process) decision support tool was used on individual basis by the five participants for the evaluation of 6 wetlands' segmentation alternatives across 6 criteria. The decision group consisted of two experts from the University, one project engineer, one project engineer/manager and one system analyst. Synthesis of individual judgments was performed at later stage of the process using the geometric mean method. Conformity index and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient were used for additional analysis of the individual decision makers' performances.
