Typha domingensis (Typhaceae) new to Serbia

Typha domingensis (Pers.) Steud. was discovered as a species new to Serbia during the post-congress excursion of the 5th Balkan Botanical Congress (Belgrade, Serbia), on the score of Lake Oblačinsko in September 2009. A short morphological description and the general distribution and habitat traits of the species in Serbia are given.
