Condensing dryer for agriculture application has notable advantages comparing with traditional drying methods, within fact that drying process is at low-temperature regime. Negative influence of dried fiber structure is minimized with full air recirculation. This technology is eco-friendly and has no considerable effect on environment and ecology in negative meaning. Basics principles of most applied standards in food industry are mentioned in this paper.
