Nechita, P., Pulp and Paper Research and Development Institute, Braila (Romania) | Manea, D. | Ciolacu, F. | Dobrin, E.
Researches carried out within this paper aimed the settling of optimum ratio between the fibrous components within structure of composite materials for biodegradable nutritive pots and its influence of the functional properties. The physical-mechanical analysis and biodegradability tests carried out on a high number of furnishes emphasized that cellulose fibres from old corrugated containers (OCC) used below 50% proportion, is the most suitable source of recycled cellulosic fibres to obtain the biocomposites for nutritive pots used in seedling manufacturing.
