Groundwater deposits are mapped from the Scanning electron miscroscope and elemental analyses together with bacteria abundance and phosphatase enzyme activities. It was pointed out that the deterioration of property of geodiversity is alkalization processes in the microregion. From the shown results, it appears that by the adaptation of microorganisms of the alluvial drainage system the geological area is biologically transformed, i.e. the model projects the disposal of base metals by the microbial activities- an environmentally structure of groundwater deposits. Associations of various elements such as pottasium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, titanium, zinc and iron are also discussed. Therefore, the groundwater deposits estimated from silted material are examined and included in evaluation of ecological status of protected areas.
