The dynamic unity of spatial and temporal processes that could change structure of geographic ranges and theirs biotical composition is compliance and unbreakable during researches withprinciples of autecology, macroecology and landscape ecology. The fundamental and applicable ecological aspects, with adequate biogeographical knowledge, can manage survey of place and importance of individual and specific species in geographical range or landscape, according to the potential factors of their threats. In the same time, between nature conservation theoretical scientists and practitioners exist almost uniform compatibility in premises that the most optimal condition of conservation, which has potential for maximal productive realization, can be performed through system of protected natural values. In systems like those, natural biotical processes should not be run with minimal human interventions. In a contemporary biogeographical science we could find scientific potential that will according to the attributes like complementarity, flexibility and irreplaceability, manage definition of minimal size of protected areas, but their most optimal shape, number connections or disconnections too. The complex causality analyses of processes in isolated areas, as on the same way we could regard protected natural values, has an aim for foundation evaluation criteria that could lead to the adequate biodiversity conservation. By their modification through specific spatial dimensions of researches (from global to the level of habitats) it is obvious that it could be base for the evaluation system according from problem of decisions selection for biodiversity conservation add up just on the transparent criteria, and after them, a process of conservation planning could adequate perform.
