Economic parameters of grape crusher machine in the processing white and red grapes

This paper will present three-year research of economic results of grape crusher machine for processing of white and red grape. The tests were carried out at three wineries, which are different regarding their capacity and in technical equipment. We did an interception of working processes grape crusher in the processing of red and white grapes, in order to determine the cost of energy expressed in kilowatt-hours of electricity, expressed in Euros, and linear depreciation, or cost effective and gross working hour calculated through annual linear amortization item.
