Exploitation test of crusher machine for white and red grapes

This paper will presented three-year research of the exploitation characteristics of crusher machine for white and red grapes, in three different wine cellars, equipped with different process techniques such as by capacity and technology of processing of the grapes. The recovery of the crusher machine for white and red grapes processing of grapes directly depends on the quality of raw materials, technical and technological equipment of the wineries, as well as proper disposal of process technology in wineries. Utilization or exploitation of the entire testing process starts right technique of using technical capacity of crusher grapes, which directly depends of the utilization and exploitation of other machines that represent part of the process equipment or a line machines for processing white and red grapes. The examination of the grape crusher will be covered or specified in production conditions: productivity, gross operating hours, effective working hours, and the coefficient of utilization, the percentage of utilization of crusher grapes during the reception and processing of grapes.
