The process demonstrates the modification of the technical and technological solution that is proposed and realized to valorize the biogas produced during the technological process, which has been successfully going on in anaerobic digesters at the WWTP in Subotica (Serbia) since 2010. The offered solution could be classified as a technical and technological innovation, with which the efficiency of current plants could be increased, after its successful implementation, due to a significant reduction in the consumption of chemicals (ferfichloride) for binding dissolved phosphorus.
