Food processing is an extremely important activity in the world. Lack of food for the population, which is constantly increasing, there is a growing problem in the world and in our country. Agricultural land of Serbia and cereal, soybean, sunflower and other granular fruits are stored in silos. Before processing cleaning stand out significant amounts of impurities. Baking bread production is highly developed and we are a country that is the consumption of bread per capita among the leaders in Europe, but also quantities thrown bread. Old bread and ingredients as well as environmental problems or raw food for humans and animals are directions in which this work should contribute.
