In this scientific paper are presented the results from aggregate composition and aggregate stability of the chernozems spread out in Ovce Pole. The main object of this investigation was definition degree of the aggregates stability and the influence of chemical properties of the aggregates stability. The most represented fraction of aggregates in the process of dry sieving of the soil (over 50%) is the fraction sized 1-5mm, which is a part of the gritty texture of the soil and which is most favourable from the agricultural point of view. The content of the aggregates (less than 0,25 mm) in all horizons of the investigates soils is small or with average value of 1,27%, which means that in the dry state nearly all microaggregates are associated in macroaggregates. The researched chernozems are characterized with great stability of the aggregates above 60%. In the process of wet sieving, the macroaggregates with 0,5-1 mm showed greater stability or 40,30% in average, while the greatest instability showed the macroaggregates with dimension from 0,5 to 0,25 mm.
