In this article it has been analyzed the indicators Forest area, Forested landscape, Forested land, Forest and seminatural area according to Corine Land Cover methodology and their use in planning, promotion and sustainable use of natural recourses. Every of those indicators can be useful in different issues according to needs. Indicator Forest area in planning of sustainable use. Indicators Forested landscape and Forested land in future 'gases trade'. Indicator Forest and seminatural areas in monitoring of high mountain landscape.
