Species composition and bioecological peculiarities of pathogenic compelexes in winter wheat agrocenosises under different methods of tillage | Видовой состав и биоэкологические особенности патогенных комплексов в агроценозах озимой пшеницы при разных способах обработки почвы

Phytopathological monitoring of species composition of terricolous pathogens in winter wheat agrocenosises was carried out on fields of PC APO Avrora in Lipetsk region against the background of surface soil cultivation and plowing. Sampling was carried in the stubble remains and in the soil: in the upper level (0- 1 cm), in the tillering node zone (1-4 cm), in the root zone (rhizosphere, 4- 10 cm) and on the root surface (rhizoplane, 4- 10 cm). When the surface soil cultivation is carried out, the high level of pathogen infection is noted and more than 20 pathogen species are discovered. In the total phytopathological complex Fusarium fungi are from 15 to 47%, Septoriaand Bipolaris- 15-22%, mold fungi (antagonists) of genera Mucor, Trichoderma, Actinomyces, Penicillium, Aspergillus - 21-26%, bacteria of genera Xanthomonas, Pseudomonas - 5- 10%. Winter wheat crops, cultivated on the plowing, are notable for the smaller population of soil pathogens, species composition of which decreases in comparison with surface soil cultivation by 30-60%, and a population - 2-3 times. Among them Fusarium number depending on the sampling zone decreases 2-3 times, Seprtoria and Bipolaris - 2.5 times, mold fungi (antagonists) - 2-2.6 times. At the same time Fusarium fungi in the total pathogen complex are 13-30%, Septoriaspp. -up to 23%, Bipolaris - up to 16%, mold fungi-8-15%, bacteria - up to 11%

Russian. Мониторинг видового состава почвообитающих патогенов в агроценозах озимой пшеницы, проводили на полях ОАО АПО «Аврора» Липецкой области на фоне поверхностной обработки почвы и вспашки. Отбор проб осуществляли на пожнивных растительных остатках и в почве - в верхнем слое (0-1 см), в зоне «узла кущения» (1-4 см), в прикорневой зоне («ризосфера», 4- 10 см) и на поверхности корней («ризоплан», 4-10 см). При поверхностной обработке почвы наблюдается высокий уровень зараженности патогенами, которых насчитывается более 20 видов. В общем фитопатологическом комплексе грибы рода Fusarium составляют от 15 до 47%, рода Septoria и Bipolaris - 15-22%, плесневые грибы (антагонисты) родов Mucor, Trichoderma, Actinomyces, Penicillium, Aspergillus - 21-26%, бактерии родов Xanthomonas, Pseudomonas -5-10%. Посевы озимой пшеницы, возделываемые по вспашке, отличаются меньшей заселенностью почвенными патогенами, видовой состав которых сокращается, по сравнению с поверхностной обработкой почвы, на 30-60%, а численность - в 2-3 раза. В том числе количество фузарий в зависимости от зоны отбора проб уменьшается в 2-3 раза, септорий и биполарий - в 2,5раза, плесневых грибов (антагонистов) - в 2,0-2,6 раза. При этом на грибы рода Fusarium в общем патогенном комплексе приходится от 13 до 30%, Septoria spp. - до 23%, Bipolaris - до 16%, плесневые грибы - 8-15%, бактерии -до 11%
