This study was conducted for two seasons (2006/07 and 2007/08) to evaluate the efficacy of the three insecticides, Vertimec 018 EC, Match 050 EC and Icaros 1.8% EC for the control of potato tuber moth on tomato. Vertimec 018 EC at 0.225 L product/fed (4.1 g a. i./fed), Match at 0.30 L product/fed (15 g a. i./fed) and Icaros at 0.113 L product/fed (2.0 g a.i./fed) were found effective in reducing potato tuber moth infestation and increasing tomato yield
