This study was conducted for determining the effects of humic acid (HA) and hydrogel (HJ) application on some soil properties and growth parameters of bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) grown under different salinity conditions. For this purpose, a pot experiment was conducted under greenhouse conditions. According to a factorial design (4x8x2x3x3=576), 4 salt concentrations (0, 30, 60 and 120 mM), 8 salt sources (CaCl2, CaSO4, MgCl2, MgSO4, NaCl, Na2SO4, KCl, K2SO4), 2 different amendments (HA and HJ) and 3 treatment levels (0, %0.05, %0.1 w/w). For evaluating the effects of HA and HJ on catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), superoxidase dismutase (SOD), chlorophyll, proline, nitrate, permeability, leaf area index (LAI) and salt tolerance index, plant dry matter content and mineral composition, 6 weeks old seedlings were analyzed.

Bu amaçla toprağa uygulanan farklı (0, 30, 60 ve 120 mM) konsantrasyonlardaki tuzların (CaCl2, CaSO4, MgCl2, MgSO4, NaCl, Na2SO4, KCl, K2SO4) oluşturduğu stres koşullarında hümik asit ve hidrojel (0; %0,05; %0,1) uygulamasının topraktaki tuz stresini azaltmadaki etkisi, 2kg toprak kullanılarak sera koşullarında tam şansa bağlı bloklar deneme deseninde (8x4x2x3x3=576 saksıda) yürütülmüştür. Canlı bitki dokularında katalaz (CAT), peroksidaz (POD), süperoksitdismutaz (SOD), klorofil, prolin, nitrat, hücre geçirgenliği, yaprak alan indeksi ve tuz tolerans indeksi gibi parametreler ile bitki kuru madde miktarı ve bitki mineral içeriği üzerine hümik asit ve hidrojel ilavesinin etkisi incelenmiştir.
