The effect of different packing types on the cold storage Hicaznar pomegranate | Değişik ambalaj tiplerinin Hicaznar çeşidinin soğukta muhafazası üzerine etkileri

English. Experimental results showed that Hicaznar pomegranate covered by streched film and MAP produced better storage conditions compared to uncovered fruits. In terms of fungal disorders and visual quality, the storage time without losing fruits quality was 3 months in the first year but it was 2 months in second year with MAP application. On the other hand the storage time was determined as 4 months in first year and 3 months in second years with streched film aplication.

Görsel kalite ve mantarsal nedenli bozulmalar göz önüne alındığında MAP uygulaması yapılan meyvelerde 1. yıl 3 ay, 2. yıl 2 ay, Streçfilm uygulaması yapılan meyvelerde 1.yıl 4 ay 2. yıl 3 ay muhafaza edilebileceği tespit edilmiştir.
