Antimicrobial effects of botanical pesticide kingbo and fungucide vegard on plant pathogenic bacteria and fungi species in in vitro and in vivo conditions | Botanik pestisit kingbo ve fungusit vegard'ın bitki patojeni bakteri ve fungus türleri üzerine antimikrobiyal etkilerinin ın vitro ve ın vivo koşullarda araştırılması

English. In present study, antimicrobial effects of natural pesticide Kingbo and fungucide Vegard extracted from medicinal plants and antibiotic combination PSA (Penicilin 10 mg/ml, Streptomycin 10 mg/ml, Amphotericin 0.025 mg/ml) have been tested against a total of 4 plant pathogenic bacteria (Xanthomonas axanopodis pv. vesicatoria, Xanthomonas campestris pv. phaseoli, Pseudomonas syringiae pv. tomato and Clavibacter michiganensis) and 11 plant pathogenic fungi (Alternaria alternata, Alternaria solani, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus fumigatus, Botriytis cinerea, Fusarium oxysporium, Fusarium sambucinum, Macrophamina phaseoli, Rhizoctonia solani, Sclerotonia sclerotonium and Verticillium dahliae ) species in in vitro condition. The effects of the compouds effective in in vitro conditions have been tested against the pathogenic bacterium Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. vesicatoria and the pathogenic fungus Alternaria alternata on tomato plants in in vivo conditions.

Turkish. Bu çalışmada; bitkilerden izole edilen organik insektisit Kingbo ve fungusit Vegard olarak bilinen pestisitlerin ve antibiyotik kombinasyonu PSA (Penicilin 10 mg/ml, Streptomycin 10 mg/ml, Amphotericin 0.025 mg/ml)'nın bitki patojeni toplam 4 bakteri (Xanthomonas axanopodis pv. vesicatoria, Xanthomonas campestris pv. phaseoli, Pseudomonas syringiae pv. tomato ve Clavibacter michiganensis) ve 11 fungus (Alternaria alternata, Alternaria solani, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus fumigatus, Botriytis cinerea, Fusarium oxysporium, Fusarium sambucinum, Macrophamina phaseoli, Rhizoctonia solani, Sclerotonia sclerotonium ve Verticillium dahliae ) türüne karşı antimikrobiyal etkileri in vitro koşullarda test edilmiştir. In vitro testlerde etkili bulunan kimyasalların, domates bitkisi üzerinde bakteriyel patojenlerden Xanthomonas axanopodis pv. vesicatoria ve fungal patojenlerden Alternaria alternata'ya karşı etkileri in vivo koşullarda test edilmiştir.
