In the three winter 2007-2009 collection in Gia Lam, Hanoi, experiments to assess patterns of distribution of maize line 25 (S814) has selected 10 lines (N1, N2, N4, N5, N9, N10, N15, N16, N19, N27) have good properties and biological agricultural methods conducted to evaluate hybrid combines the ability of this maize line. The results of analysis of variance and combining ability have found three lines N2, N4, N5 have the ability to combine high overall and three hybrid combinations possible: N4xN2, N5xN2, N27xN2 high yield, respectively, 5.16 , 5.06, 4.67 tonnes / ha and good resistance broke down. This is a good source of material for breeding hybrid glutinous corn
