The aim of the present study was to evaluate scheme Sychrovine' and to compare it to the applied tradition protocol for synchronization of estrus and fertilities of Ile de France ewes. The study was carried out during April 2010 with 52 ewes pure bred Ile de France ewes (aged 1,5-5,5 years) and was modulated for estrus season and for this in the flock, during a week, was introduced teasers for analysis of sexual behavior (estral on anesteal) and also to stimulate ovary function and to form corpus luteum. On day 8-th after starting the mating campaign, two experimental groups were formed, equal in number and age, live weight (70-75 kg), clinical healthy and with normal lambing during last lambing campaign. The groups were:I group (Sychrovine') – double doses PGF'; applied separately in 7 days interval(n=26). II група (Traditional) - double doses PGF'; applied separately in 9 days interval PGF'; (n=26). It was used medicine Alfabedyl CEVA ANIMAL HEALTH (active substance alfaprostolum) in dose of 0, 5 ml per animal. The established effect of estrus synchronization after application of the protocols with synthetic analogue of PGF'; showed, that the effect after second dose was better to traditional scheme in 9-th day interval (76.92%) in comparison scheme Sychrovine' (65.38%).For both groups, the established fertility was similar – 56.25% for I group and 55.0% for II group. The established fecundity of both groups was higher – 177.78 % for I group and 163.64% for II group, which showed that that the treatment didn't influenced on fecundity.
