It is studied the influence of preparation Confidor 70 WG 700 g/kg imidacloprid on productivity and chemical composition of winter vetch Vicia villosa Roth. in the conditions of different sowing time 20-25 September, 5-10 October and 20-25 October. The experimental activity is conducted during 2007-2010 period in IFC-Pleven by split plot method. It is found that the application of Confidor 70 WG had a positive influence on dry matter productivity flowering-pod formation stage increasing it average by 26.5%. The effect is most pronounced in second time (5-10 October – 36.5% compared to the control. The aboveground mass leaves, flowers, stems and pods of treated plants with Confidor had increased crude protein content average by 5.7, 4.6, 2.8 and 2.6% and leaf pigments average by 12.0%. Under influence of sowing time factor the change in total content of leaf content was one-way and decreased from first 292.10 mg/100 g fresh mass to last sowing time 239.99 mg/100 g fresh mass. The winter vetch from treated with Confidor variants formed by 13.7 to 25.5% higher grain yield the percentage of increase gradually decreased from first to last sowing time and higher content of crude protein, crude fibre and calcium.
