In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was studied genetic structure of Belarusian black-motley breed of cattle in accordance with milk proteins genes loci of kappa casein, beta-lactoglobulin, and alpha-lactoglobulin. There was realized an evaluation of influence of their polymorphous variants on traits of dairy productivity and cheese suitability of milk. Interrelation of allele variants with reproductive ability indices, sperm quality and relative pedigree value of bulls-producers was analyzed; as well as milk efficiency of pedigree cows, physical, chemical and technological milk values. There were stated no significant effect of polymorphic variants of CSN3 gene on indexes of reproductive ability, sperm product quality and relative pedigree value of producer bulls. There was marked significant influence of BLG(sub B) and CSN3(sub B) alleles on protein content in milk (higher on 0,09-0,14%). There was marked a tendency of increased protein content in milk in LALBA (sub AB) genotype. There were analyzed physical and chemical and technological milk properties of cows with different genotypes by loci of CSN3, BLG and LALBA genes.
