In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were studied possibilities of induction of multiple ovulation of donor cows with the absence of clearly marked corpus luteum of estrous cycle with inclusion into scheme of treatment of progestogenic preparations. It was determined that usage of hypodermic implants containing synthetic analogue of progesterone allowed to induce extra number of cows in biotechnology of embryo production obtaining embryo material of high quality good for transplantation. Application of new schemes of induction of multiple ovulation made it possible to involve into biotechnology of embryo production additional 18,8% of donor cows and increase the amount of good quality material crop on 22,9%. Morphofunctional scheme of embryo production of donors treated with progestogenic implants made it possible to identify embryos by their quality and development stages. Acceptability of embryos in case of application of progesterone in schemes with superovulation was 60,0-54,5% in comparison with 61,7-48,7% which were obtained in accordance with the traditional scheme.
