In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized the formation of purebred pedigree herds with the increasing of number of highly productive animals of a new type up to 500 heads of sows and up to 100 heads of boars. There was realized their evaluation according to reproductive, fattening and meaty productivity indexes. There was formed a genealogical structure of swine of new genotypes, there were formed six new genealogical lines: Klad 73-2; Knyaz 6359; Kombat 412; Krepysh 332; Korol 723; Kristall 12446. As a result of researches new thoroughbred selection herds of pigs of breed Durok by number of 500 heads of sows and 100 heads of male producer boars meeting the requirements of the target standard of breed and characterized by following indicators of efficiency were generated: multiple pregnancy - 9,0 head, milk productivity - 45,0 kg, quantity of pigs and litter weight at weaning period - respectively 8,4 heads, and 76,8 kg. Animals of the new genotype showed improved meaty traits. There were marked high indexes of bactericidal and betalysin activity on blood serum.
