In the conditions of the north-eastern part of the Republic of Belarus on sod-podzolic light loamy soil there were presented results of realized in 2008-2010 field experiments with oil flax (Linum usitatissimum).There were presented data on yielding capacity and quality of flax, content of the main nutritive elements and their removal by the main and sideline products. There was experimentally confirmed high efficiency of brassinosteroids on enzyme which were applied in two stages (with seed and for the vegetating plants in mixtures with herbicides) on a background of a full mineral nutrition – N45P60K90. In course of the study there was analyzed influence of different doses of mineral fertilizers and plant growth regulators on yields of seeds and oil flax straw. Results of mineral fertilizers, epin and homobrassinolid on changes of seed oil content and oil yield of oil flax were presented. The highest biological value was obtained in the ariant with combined application of the main mineral fertilizer in dose N45P60K90 and double treatment with brassinosteroids. In average over three years there was obtained 16,7-17,2 centner/ha of seeds with their 49,7-50,1% oil content and 41,7-42,3 centner/ha of straw.
