In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were determined meaty qualities of broiler chickens of 'Ross-308' cross depending on sex and age structure, combined or separate by sex housing. In course of research and production experiments there was marked an increase of meat qualities of broiler chickens of cross 'Ross-308' caused by means of higher yield of carcasses chest part in the conditions of separate by sex growing. Also there was determined a stable level of amino acids in muscles of male chickens on the 49-day and female chickens on the 42 day of age. In course of the study there was analyzed ratio of carcass components of male and female chickens bred together and separately in percentagewise to weight of drawn poultry. There was analyzed amino acid composition of pectoralis, drum muscles and thigh muscles of male and female chickens in percentagewise to dry matter content.
