In course of the research there was studying a technique of protioconazole-deztio residues definition in rape oil by gas-chromatographic method in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Protioconazole represents a fungicide from a new group of triazolintion of 'Bayer Crop Science АG' (Germany) production. The biochemical mechanism of protioconazole action consists in sterol biosynthesis infringement. The technique was based on protioconazole-deztio definition with the help of gas-liquid chromatography on the chromatograph 'Crystal - 5000.1' with the ECD after acetonitryl extraction and extracts additional purification on a column with aluminium oxide. As a result of realized research it was developed the technique of protioconazole-deztio residues definition in rape oil by gas-chromatographic method, characterized by extraction more than 80%, split-hair accuracy and reproducibility. The given technique differed simplicity of hardware registration, demands a small amount of reactants and occupies 3-4 hours that gave the chance to use it in practice of the control-toxicological and sanitary-and-epidemiologic laboratories which were carrying out control over pesticide application, and also in the laboratories which were engaged in certification of production.
