In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was realized a comparative evaluation of a typical and reconstructed variants of buildings for stores according to use of energy resources in the process of pork production. In course of the study there was determined productivity of young swine at a sucking age and at a completion of growing period in case of different variants of reconstruction. Also there was realized a comparative analysis and determined energy power expenditure for production and economic efficiency at different variants of reconstruction of buildings. The experiments helped to determine that an alternative technology for pigs management on the basis of thermal rehabilitation of fences allowed to maximize the use of biological heal of animals, reducing electricity consumption by 15,9%, increase of young animals safety during the suckling period by 4 9%, during the growing period - by 14,1%.
