Efficiency of use of a preservative Laksil-M for preparation of silo | Эффективность использования консерванта Лаксил-М при приготовлении сенажа

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in course of the research there was studied the usage of a bacterial preservative Laksil-М for haylage preparation, as well as the application efficiency of ready-made feeds which were fermented by these preservative in rations of young cattle. Preservation of silo was realized in Unitary Society agricultural production cooperative 'Putrihski' in Grodno region (Belarus) in the beginning of June of 2010. Preservation was done by the traditional technology. As a result of realized research it was revealed, that at careful observance of technology it was possible to receive forage equal to the 1 class of quality. In this forage the content of energy, a crude protein increased and the quantity cellulose respectively decreased on 3.6 and 9.6; 0.1 and 1.2; 0.79 and 0.3%. Use in diets of bull-calves on fattening a silo from the long-term cereal grasses, prepared with biological preservative Laksil-М made it possible to increase daily average body weight of animals on 5.4 % at decrease in expenses of forages on gain unit on 2.3%, and also cost prices of a gain of 1 kg on 4.9%. Annual economic benefit of use of forage with ferment could make 68.5 thousand Belarusin rubles counting per 1 head.
