The article contains the results of the world's researches tendencies of the development cooperative and integration processes in the area of the oil crops producing and processing; the peculiarities of the fat-and-oil subcomplex functioning of the Republic of Belarus are determined. Three-level model of development of the cooperation and integration fat-and-oil subcomplex enterprises is substantiated, the mechanism of making and sharing profit among participants is proposed. Research results showed that the perspective conception of the further development of fat-and-oil industry of Belarus should be based on the expanding manufacturing and processing capacities which should be based on strengthening of the national raw base with import of lacking products and export of rape oil. It will make it possible to provide dynamic development of fat-and-oil industry, lower the dependence on imported oils and supply animal husbandry branch with protein feeds. An efficient mechanism of realization of this strategy will be the development of cooperative and integration processes.
