The basic criteria of definition of investment priorities of agroindustrial complex of Belarus are systematized as well as their advantages are defined and problems which are typical for the developed (existing) operating conditions of the given sector of economy are revealed in the article. Some management methods of investment process are considered which promote more effective investments movement within the algorithm limits of realization of the investment major priorities of agroindustrial complex of Belarus. In course of the study there was given a characteristic of advantages and problems of investment of priorities of the agro-industrial complex of Belarus in terms of appropriate criterion: food security; export-oriented production; import substitution; development of regions; strategic technical and technological re-equipment; specialization; level of employment of population; innovative development; integration; marketing and logistics. Research results proved the necessity of reorganization of previously acting investment mechanism, specifically, by means of determination of methods of management of investment processes, which accompany more efficient investment movements within the frames of an algorithm of realization of the main priorities of investments in agriculture of Belarus.
