In course of the research there was studied the influence of new premix on morphological and biochemical indicators of blood of bulls-manufacturers. The scientific experiment was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus at the Republican unitary enterprise 'Vitebsk Breeding Enterprise'. As a result of realized research it was revealed that use of the increased doses of vitamins and micro elements (recipe of vitamin-mineral supplements which included: cuprum – 15,5 mg, zinc – 70, manganese – 80, cobalt – 1,1, iodine – 1,2, selenium – 0,3, carotene – 75, vitamin E – 60 mg and viotamin D – 1,3 thousand IU per 1 kg of dry matter in a diet) in diets of servicing bulls favorably influenced morphological and biochemical indicators of blood that was the testified by the increase in bactericidal activity of blood serum of bulls of the experimental group on 7.2% (Р less than 0.01), lysozyme activity of blood serum - on 0.6% (Р less than 0.05) and phagocytal activity of leukocytes - on 3.3% (Р less than 0.05), vitamin A content - on 8.5% (Р less than 0.01), vitamin E - on 32.0 (Р less than 0.01), carotin - on 31.9 (Р less than 0.001), zinc - on 8.9 (Р less than 0.01), copper - on 14.3 (Р less than 0.01), manganese - on 15.0 (Р less than 0.01), selenium - on 10.6 (Р less than 0.05) and cobalt - on 8.2% (Р less than 0.05) in comparison with the control, and also was positively influenced the albuminous structure of blood serum.
