In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was determined the characteristic of initial raw materials (runoffs of pig breeding complexes, cattle excrements, and cereal straw), realized calculation of rational structure fermented organic wastes of agricultural production, and presented the analysis of influence of vegetative raw materials on biogas production. Research results showed that runoffs of pig breeding complexes with the heightened humidity degree and low ratio between carbon and nitrogen were the main source for biogas production. For the realization of a standard technological process of anaerobic fermentation and obtaining of the maximal biogas yield it was necessary to apply additional raw materials with the heightened amount of dry matter and combustible carbon, for example cereal straw. The highest activity of the process of methane fermentation took place after application of additional raw materials in the form of cereal straw. The highest biogas yield was obtained after application of runoffs of pig breeding complexes, cattle excrements, and cereal straw as raw materials.
