In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were studied hydrochemical conditions and fish nutritive base of fishing ponds in the conditions of application of residuals of brewing yeast as organic fertilizers. Cyclic application in course of a season of residuals of brewing yeast in dozes of 50-100 kg/ha in combination with nitrogen-phosphate fertilizers did not render negative influence on hydrichemical conditions of fishing ponds. Wastes application in doses 100 kg/ha made it possible to stabilize hydrogen index during the whole growing season and maintain it at the level of 7,6-7,8. At the same time, application of large dozes wastes without mineral fertilizers caused the worsening of gas conditions and decreasing oxygen content in 2 times in comparison with other groups of ponds. Application of residues of brewing yeast in complex with limited doses of nitrogen-phosphate fertilizers provided a rather high level of bacteria, phyto- and zooplankton development in ponds. Also, it activated the primary production of phytoplankton and zoobenthos development. Application of organic wastes intensified energy utilization in detrital food chain, increased destruction activity of phyto- and zooplankton. Application of fertilizer complex with of residuals of brewing yeast production and fish polyculture provided potential fish productivity of experimental ponds from 2,1 up to 9,9 c/ha.
