Pseudomonas Aureginosa is a wide spread disease of swine, causing economic harm and appearing dangerous factor for human health. Therefore, investigation of Pseudomonas Aureginosa development and spreading is carried out; the attempt of creation of a specific treatment-and-prophylaxis vaccine against Pseudomonas Aureginosa is made. 26 samples of boars' sperm are choosen; bacteriological research of the samples is made. Every sample is evaluated in different mediums (Saburo, Endo, Kitta-Tarozzi) for 10 days. Medium cultures are analyzed by Gram. For evaluation of virulence of the preparation white laboratory mice of 16-18 g have been infested and researched during 10 days. Biochemical characteristics of microorganisms are evaluated with the help of special tests from clinical pathologic material MicroLaTESTPLIVA-Lachema Diagnostika. High-virulence strain of Pseudomonas Aureginosa is applied for the research. Sterility of the test examples is confirmed by normative documents. Verification of immunogenic features is made on white mice. Evaluation of the vaccine efficiency is made by testing on swine from swine-breeding complex of Minsk region. The results of bacteriological research of the boars' sperm are presented; microscopic research of the smear of sperm is shown. Gram coloration and luminescent microscopic research of the sperm is made. Quality of the boars' sperm after vaccination with tested vaccine is analyzed. Positive effect of vaccine utilization is noticed.
