Effects of ethylene on root induction of netted melon(cucumis melo l.) in vitro | 乙烯对网纹甜瓜试管苗生根的影响

Chinese. 以网纹甜瓜中蜜1号为试材,在试管苗生根阶段添加不同浓度的乙烯利、乙烯合成前体氨基环丙烷羧酸(ACC)、乙烯活性抑制剂硝酸银(AgNO3)和乙烯作用抑制剂1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP),调查生根情况和乙烯释放量,以期明确乙烯对试管苗生根的影响。结果表明:添加乙烯利和ACC抑制了试管苗生根,且随浓度增大抑制作用增强,乙烯利浓度大于15μL•L-1时生根率为0,ACC浓度大于10μmol•L-1时生根率和主根数显著下降;添加AgNO3和1-MCP促进了试管苗生根,且AgNO3浓度为50μmol•L-1和1-MCP浓度为1μL•L-1时生根效果最好。

The netted melon ’Zhongmi No.1’was used as the experimental material.The rooting condition and ethylene amount in culture vessel were investigated in rooting stage with different concentrations of ethephon,ACC,AgNO3 and 1-MCP.The results showed that plantlet roots induction was inhibited with ethephon and ACC addition,and the stronger inhibition was observed with higher concentration.The rooting rate was 0 when the ethephon concentration was more than 15 μL•L-1,while main roots number and rooting rate were inhibited when ACC concentration was over 10 μmol•L-1.Plantlet roots induction was promoted with 50 μmol•L-1 AgNO3 and 1 μL•L-1 1-MCP significantly for netted melon.
