Chinese. 漆酶是一类含铜的多酚氧化酶，它通过将分子氧还原成水来氧化多种酚类和非酚类化合物，使之降解。目前，漆酶已在废水处理、生物制浆和生物传感器等领域得到广泛应用。结合当今该领域的最新研究进展，综述了漆酶在自然界的分布、结构、作用机理、影响因素及生物功能，并对其应用前景进行了展望，以期为该酶催化性能的进一步完善提供一定的借鉴。_

Laccases are copper-containing polyphenol oxidases and oxidize the degradation of various phenolic and non-phenolic compounds through the reduction of molecular oxygen into the water. At present, laccases have already present extensive applications in wastewater treatment, biological pulping and biological sensors and other fields. On the basis of the latest research dynamic in the field, this paper summarizes laccases distributions in nature, structure, mechanism of action, influencing factors and biological functions, and also outlines its potential application prospect so as to provide a reference for further improvement of the technology._
