Chinese. [目的]为了解青岛老鹳草濒危的原因,为其资源利用、引种驯化和新品种培育等提供理论依据。[方法]分别以青岛老鹳草的根尖、茎段、叶片、叶柄为材料,采用常规石蜡法制片,对其进行形态解剖学观察。[结果]青岛老鹳草根的初生结构由表皮、皮层和中柱组成,初生木质部为二原型;次生结构由周皮、薄壁组织和次生维管组织构成,薄壁细胞中含有大量淀粉粒;茎呈类方形,由表皮、皮层和维管柱组成,为外韧维管束;叶为典型异面叶,表皮具有大量表皮毛,叶及叶柄均具厚角组织。根茎叶细胞中均含有大量簇晶。[结论]青岛老鹳草营养器官具有一般多年生草本双子叶植物的结构特点,在形态结构方面未体现出濒危的特点。_

[Objective] The aim of the research was to learn about the endangered reasons of Geranium tsingtauense and provide theoretical foundation for its resource utilization, introduction and domestication and new cultivar breeding. [Method] With root tips, stems, leaves and petioles of Geranium tsingtauense as materials, they were sectioned by routine paraffin section for morphological anatomic observation. [Result] The primary structure of Geranium tsingtauense root was composed of epidermis, cortex and central cylinder and its primary xylem was diarch; its secondary structure was composed of periderm, parenchymal tissue and secondary vascular tissue and its parenchymal cells contained numerous starch grains; its stem was collateral bundle composed of epidermis, cortex and vascular cylinder and nearly square; its leaves were typical bifacial leaves and had numerous epidermal hair on the epidermis; its leaves and petioles had collenchyma. There were numerous cluster crystals contained in the cells of roots, stems and leaves. [Conclusion] The nutritorium of Geranium tsingtauense had structure characters of general perennial herbal dicotyledon and it did not show endangered characters in morphological structure. _
