Chinese. ［目的］测定海南木莲叶和枝中总异黄酮的含量。［方法］以染料木素为对照品，采用紫外分光光度法在266 nm处测定样品的吸光度。［结果］染料木素对照品在20～100 μg时呈良好线性关系。其回归方程为C=0.003 9A，R=0.999 9。海南木莲叶、枝中总异黄酮的含量为0.240%和0.078%。［结论］该方法操作简便，结果稳定，重复性好，适合海南木莲叶和枝中总异黄酮含量的测定。
Show more [+] Less [-]English. ［Objective］ The aim was to determine the content of the isoflavones in the leaves and the stems of Manglietia hainanensis. ［Methods］ Genistein was viewed as reference substance, the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used to determine the content of the isoflavones in the leaves and branches of Manglietia hainanensis. ［Results］The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 000 5-0.004 5 μg/ml，and the regression equation was C=0.003 9A，R=0.999 9, the content was 0.240 % and 0.078 %. ［Conclusion］ The spectrophotometry was suitable for the determination of isoflavones from the leaves and branches of Manglietia hainanensis. This method operated conveniently，the result was stable and has good repeatability.
