Producción de esporas de Beauveria bassiana (Bálsamo) Vuillemin sobre polvos de arroz, sorgo y maíz

Spanish; Castilian. La producción de hongos entomopatógenos para el control de insectos plagas, se viene desarrollando en muchos países con varias técnicas de formulación. En Cuba se destaca la producción artesanal de Beauveria bassiana sobre sustrato sólido de cabecilla de arroz fundamentalmente en magentas. Actualmente esto representa un problema por la limitada accesibilidad de los componentes, así como el aspecto económico, que repercute en la comercialización y disponibilidad del producto. La finalidad de este trabajo fue determinar la esporulación de Beauveria bassiana en sustratos en polvos de arroz, sorgo, y maíz en bolsas de polipropileno, a una temperatura de 30º C, utilizando un soporte de viruta y serrín. La esporulación se determinó a los 4 días de crecimiento contando las esporas en la cámara de Neubauer, según el método de French. Se calculó la integral térmica para los 4 días de cosecha. El análisis de varianza factorial indicó que existen diferencias significativas (P 0,05) en la producción de esporas en los sustratos sólidos y las cantidades aplicadas. Los sustratos en polvos de arroz y maíz presentaron las mayores concentraciones sobre un soporte de serrín, con 1,6 g de polvo de sustrato, alcanzando títulos de 3,4x10E10 y 3x10E10, respectivamente, sin embargo se seleccionó como el mejor al sustrato en polvo de arroz, por ser el producto destinado a la producción de este hongo. La integral térmica para los 4 días fue de 100º C. Se incrementó significativamente la productividad del hongo con respecto al método tradicional de producción (cabecilla de arroz).

English. The production of entomopatógenous fungi for the control of insects pests, one comes developing in several countries existing several formulation techniques. In Cuba he/she stands out the handmade production of Beauveria bassiana it has more than enough solid substrate of leaders of rice fundamentally in magentas. At the moment this represents a problem for the limited accessibility of the components, as well as the economic aspect that rebounds in the commercialization and readiness of the product. The purpose of this work was to determine the sporulation of Beauveria bassiana in substrates in powders of rice, sorghum and corn in polypropylene bags, to a temperature of 30º C, using a chip support and saw dust. The sporulation was determined at 4 days of growth counting the spores in the camera of Neubauer, according to the method of French. The thermal integral was calculated for the 4 days of crop. The analysis of factorial variance determined that significant differences exist (P0,05) in the production of spores in the solid substrates and the applied quantities. The substrates in powders of rice and corn presented the biggest concentrations on a saw dust support, to an applied quantity of 1,6 g of substrate powder, reaching holding of 3,4x10E10 and 3x10E10 respectively, it was selected as the best the powdered substrate of rice, to be the product dedicated to the production of this fungus. The thermal integral for the 4 days was of 100º C. The productivity of the fungus increases significantly with regard to the traditional method of production (leaders of rice).
