Dairy products are very important nutrient component and main agricultural products. In addition they are essential component of animal products, that have very important economic role. The continous and rapid increase in dairy product prices over time periods are the main problem facing the consumers. The profits and values added distribution among dairy industry chains are not proportional and consistent. Values added and profits analysis of dairy market chains is a main objective of the study.
