Genetic reservoirs especially forest trees and shrubs had and have a basic role in provision of priority necessities of people, animals, wildlife etc. During the past biological scientifics reported that biodiversity in natural resources especially forest trees and shrubs were decease day by day and several of species over throw and some endanger. This research was designed in order to conservation genetic resource between and inter of trees and shrubs, complete and support gene bank carried out from 2003 at different parts of hamadan province. Necessary information such as scientific name, location, date, site characteristics including slop, direction, altitude, precipitation, temperature, soil texture, vegetation types and companion plants were noted in special forms. In this research, primarily the results of some studied projects in the various fields of forests were collected, surveyed and checked by circulation in the forest areas. forty three species of forest trees and shrubs were identified in this provice. Most of these species is very important in respect of ecological, economical and medicinal use. During 5 years, 28 specimens belonging to 7 families, 9 genera and species were collected and identified. Seeds of selected trees and shrubs were collected on branches then they were dried in proper condition and packaged in linen baskets. At the end seed samples send to natural resource gene bank seed is potentially a complete plant so continue of these research projects will help the result showed that some families such as elaeagnaceae, anacardiaceae had higher numerical mean ratio.
