Biofertilizers have been used as sources to improve plant nutrients in sustainable agriculture. One of the most important nutrients for plant production is Phosphorus (P).The use of phosphate solubilizing bacteria as inoculants simultaneously increases P uptake by the plant and crop yield. The principal mechanism for mineral phosphate solubilizing is the production of organic acids, and acid phosphatases play a major role in the mineralization of organic phosphorous in soil. Use of biofertilizer or microbial inoculant to replace or increase the efficiency of chemical fertilizers partially or totally is effective in reducing the cost of crop production and maintaining the natural fertility of soil. In order to evaluate of effects of biophosphorus contain of phosphate solubilizing bacteria on yield and components of rice var. Hashemi, a field experiment was conducted during 1388 in rice research institute of Iran (Rasht).The experiment design was randomized complete block design with three replicates. Result indicated that effect of T5 treatment on 100-grain weight and P uptake by grain significant in %5 but treatments non significant to others factors. Application of biophosphorus in inoculated with roots of rice and 50% be recommend P chemical fertilizer increased 100-grain weight, grain yield and P uptake by grain to 13, 14 and 40% compare only use super Phosphate triple treatment.
