This study was done on 6 mares and 2 stallions from 2005-2009 in Animal Science Research Institute. In 2006 the mares were trained and the equipment and medium were bought. In 2007 the mares were mated and the ovulation time was recognized by sonography. In this year 10 flushing were done, 6-8 days after ovulation, but no embryo was taken. All these procedures were done in mating season from April to June. In 2008 in breeding season from 12 times of flushing 3 embryos were taken. One embryo was transferred that was not terminated in pregnancy. In 2009 from 16 flushing 6 embryos were taken which 3 were transformed that one resulted in pregnancy. Best way for synchronization of estrous was using Alteronojest (oral hormone), which couldn't be found at that time in the market. For synchronization of estrous the following methods were used. In breeding season 5 mares were sonographed and 2 or 3 mares which had corpus lutium were injected with prostaglandins. Injected mares came to estrous 2-5 days afterward. The mares sonographed daily and those who had follicles ¡Ý 35 mm were selected and Human chorionic Hormone(HCG) were injected for their synchronizations. Those mares which their estrous cycles were close together were selected as donor and recipient. On the whole the ovulation time of recipient should be scheduled as +1 to ¨C3 days of ovulation time of donor mare.
