This study was conducted with 25 barley genotypes in two experiments (ARBYT1 and ARBYT2). Each trial was performed by 15 and 16 genotypes and two varieties (mahoor and local variety) as check. Trials were performed at 3 stations ( Moghan, Gachsaran and Gonbad) during one year (2009-2010) using randomized complete block design with 3 replications. Each genotype was planted in a 6 rows, 17.5cm line spacing and 7/30 meters length. During growth session, data was collected arinmce from some important morpho-physiological traits. Simple and combine analysis of was done for yield data related to each experiment. Mean comparisons were done by least significant difference (LSD) method at 1% and 5% probability level. Results from Gachsaran indicated that genotypes are significantly different at 1% and 5% probability level. In A1 and A2 trial trial respecticly Results from Gonbad indicated that genotypes haven,t significantly different in RBYTA2 trial significantly different at 1% probability level in ARBYT2. In Moghan station because of bad weather conditions in growth period, results were not available. Results from combination analysis of tow stations (Gachsaran and Gonbad) indicated that genotypes in ARBYT-1,2 haven,t significantly different at locals but have significantly different in yield at 1% probability level. Finally 18 genotypes of tow trials were selected for the next year trials.
