The study of yield in early maturity maize hybridsý.

For preparation and production new early maturity hybrids with high potential yield, 24 selected hybrids from preliminary yield trial were evaluated in two separate experiments and four environments (Karaj, Shiraz, Mashhad and Kermansha) last year (2010). The experiments were conducted in a randomized complete block design with four replications. Yield, yield component, ear high and plant high were measured at proper time. Grain yield was corrected on base of 14% of humidity. Statistical analysis such as simple analysis of variance, Duncan multiple rang test, and also stability parameters (S2xi and %CVi) were used for grain yield. On basis of ANOVA results and field evaluation, we selected the hybrids that were better than the standards, for studding in the next research.
