In this study, the nutritive value of corn rsidues (CR) was determined in sheep. The CR was collected from three main area (Giroft, Kahnooj, Baft) in Kerman provience, chopped and sampled for chemical composition. The voluntary consumption and digestibility was measured, using of 5 mature male sheep. The average dry matter, crude protein, Ash, ether extract, NDF and ADF were 88.3, 4.4, 6.4, 2.1, 62.5 and 36 percent respectively. The total means of in vivo digestibilrty of DM, OM, CP and NDF were 42.7, 44, 51.7 and 30.7 percent respectively and total digestible nutrients (TDN) was 39.9 percent. The average CR intake ranged 1053 to 1286 g per animal per day
