In order to study the effect of foliar application of Urea, Zinc-sulfate, Boric acid and Magnesium-sulfate on quality and quantity characteristics of rain-fed grape cv. Rashah, an experiment with 12 treatments consist of 1-Check (without foliar application) 2-Urea 3- Zinc-sulfate 4-Boric acid 5-Magnesium-sulfate 6-Urea+ Zinc-sulfate 7-Urea + Boric acid 8-Urea + Magnesium-sulfate 9-Zinc-sulfate + Boric acid 10-Urea + Zinc-sulfate + Boric acid 11-Zinc-sulfate+Boric acid + Magnesium-sulfate 12-Urea+Zinc-sulfate+ Boric acid + Magnesium-sulfate and two foliar application times consist of (foliar application after cutting at blossoming stage) and ((foliar application after cutting before blossoming stage+ one month after fruit set stage) with three replications as factorial experiment based on randomized complete block design (RBCD) carried out in a rain-fed vineyard in Marivan during 2005-2008. Results shows that the effect of fertilizer treatments on cluster weight, fruit set, yield and berry weight were significant at 1% and 5% levels respectively, but on berry size, leaf area and branch diameter weren't significant. The effect of fertilizer treatments on Anthocyanin content, TSS and acidity of fruit were significant at 1% and 5% levels respectively but, on dry matter of fruit wasn't significant. Based on Duncan's multiple range test the treatments of no. 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 and 9 compare with check have increased fruit yield as 5.08, 3.6 2.04, 3.33, 3.24 and 3.57 kg per plant respectively so that it were significant at 1% level. Effect of foliar application time on fruit yield and Anthocyanin content of fruit was significant at 1% level but, on cluster weight, berry weight, berry size, fruit set, leaf area, branch diameter, dry matter, TSS and acidity of fruit weren't significant. Interaction effect of fertilizer treatments and foliar application time on cluster weight and fruit yields were significant at 1% level but, on berry weight, berry size, fruit set, leaf area, branch diameter weren't significant. Comparison means of interaction effect of fertilizer treatments and foliar application times shows that fruit yield of treatment no. 4 between T1 and T2 has not any difference, but fruit yield of treatment no. 2, 3 and 5 at T1 were higher than T2, so that fruit yield increasing was significant at 1% level. Effect of fertilizer treatments on Zinc and Boron concentration in leaf were significant at 1% level but, on Nitrogen and Magnesium concentration in leaf weren't significant. Effect of application time on Zinc and Boron concentration in leaf were significant at 1% level but, on Nitrogen and Magnesium concentration in leaf weren't significant.
