A number of 24 peat soil samples were collected from Kuala Langat Selatan Forest Reserve for nutrient content determination. Samples were taken from four sampling transects from four land compartment within the study area. The peat soil were analysedfor P,K,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn in their available form, whereas sulfate,nitrate-N and ammonium-N in their soluble form. Available K has a value that ranged between4.46 to 9.67 ug/g. Concentration of available P ranged from 4.54 to 8.30 pg/g, whereas available Mg from 22.70 to 24.84 pg/g.Soluble sulfate ranged from 21.67 to 63.33 pg/g NO3-N from 14.67 to 42.92 mg/g and NH4-N values ranged from 28.50 to 40.58 pg/g. Available micronutrient Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn showed a very low concentration ranged of 0.25 to 0.37 pg/g,0.06 to 0.22 pg/g,0.92 to 3.28 pg/g and 0.45 to 1.48 pg/g respectively.
