The investigations were carried out in 1960-88 in 3 years intervals. Changes in number, area structure of arable lands, crops, livestock and the intensity of farming in private farms were examined. The negative influence of industrialization could be seen, both on the area of farms (average area lowers) and on the intensity of the organization of production in private farms.
