Comportamento di alcune cultivar di clementine in diversi ambienti del meridione d' Italia.

Report on the fruit production and quality behaviour in tests conducted in four different areas of Southern Italy respectively: at Palazzelli (Lentini - SR); Pisticci (MT); Corigliano Calabro (CS) and Ginosa (TA) with the following clementine cultivars: <<Comune>>, <<Oroval>>, <<Di Nules>> and <<Monreal>>. The clementine <<Comune>>, altogether in all the four different areas, showed the best organolectic fruit characteristics but the productivity was lowest. The other cultivars of clementine have showed a good production behaviour in all the four areas where they were tested although the quality of their fruits was lower than that of the clementine <<Comune>>; the results showed a large number of seeds in the <<Monreal>>, a rough rind and early puffing in the <<Oroval>> and a paler color of the <<Di Nules>>.
